Traffic Matters
Please take note of the following traffic matters. Your cooperation and consideration will help to make arrival and dismissal safe and smooth for all.
Students Walking to School
Students entering or exiting the school may use the Main Gate (along Woodlands Centre Road) and Gate 3 (linked to the sheltered walkway to Marsiling MRT Station) during the gate opening hours.
Students may also exit via Gate 4 during the dismissal time.
Drop-off & Pick-Up by Private Cars
Parents can only drive into the school after 2.00pm. Students are to wait for their parents at the roundabout (school foyer).
Parents must not park their vehicles along the road in front of the school (Woodlands Centre Road) to drop off or pick up their children.
Parents waiting to pick up their children home are advised to park their cars at the nearby HDB carparks.
For everyone’s safety, parents are advised to exercise courtesy and consideration by not holding up traffic especially during peak hours.
For the safety and security of students and staff, only those with season parking in the school and school buses are allowed to park in the school premises.
Parents and visitors are not allowed to park in the school premises, subjected to case-by-case basis.
All drivers should drive with care and observe instructions given by the Security Officers on duty while in the school premises.
For safety reasons and preparation for arrival and dismissal time, except for emergency or medical cases, no parents and visitors are allowed to enter the school premises 15 minutes before the start and end of school (i.e., 7.15am and 1.15pm).
Parents and visitors are to report to the General Office before meeting any school personnel or being directed to anywhere else in the school. The classroom blocks are strictly out of bound to all visitors. Please arrange with school personnel to arrange for an appointment before the visit and avoid the peak hours (i.e., from 7.15am to 7.45am, and from 1.15pm to 1.45pm.
Parents and visitors are required to report to the Security Guard Post located at the main gate for registration. A Visitor’s sticker will be issued, and this must always be prominently displayed while he or she is in the school premises.
